Caris Development Organization (CADO) is a registered local organization dedicated to promoting human dignity, development, and social inclusion. We work to uplift vulnerable communities, especially youth, teen mothers, persons with disabilities, and children from poor families. Through innovative community-based programs, CADO contributes to building a healthier, more resilient, and empowered society.
